I enjoy Koko Black chocolate as it's a good gift option in Australia. The taste is excellent. However, I would suggest that as a chocolate brand emphasizing gifting, it would be more customer-friendly to offer complimentary paper bags that match the purchase amount. Given the already elevated cost of their chocolate, providing the paper bag for free upon request would enhance the overall customer experience.
Very friendly service and the staff offered us some tasters. Always enjoyed KoKo Black classic chocolate truffles š« ā¦
This review is with reference to Koko Black online seeing they donāt have an option for online reviews Iāll leave it here. They sent me chocolate close to the best before date, refused to give refund because it was within ā14 days of best beforeā which is acceptable for them apparently and dates are short because they donāt use preservatives despite some chocolate in the same delivery not best before date isnāt until May-June next year.
Chocolate is useless to me now as they were purchased for a gift and Iām not going to gift chocolate past itās best before.
I used to spend a lot at Koko Black but no longer. Iāll be purchasing my chocolate gifts elsewhere.
Came here today for the collaboration between Koko black and lune for international chocolate day.
We didnāt have to wait long for them to open. As qvb line was forever, we came here and line way shorter and we got our pastry in like 6 mins.
The croissant was super pretty and looked delicious.
They served us some free chocolate and hot choc while we waiting.
The croissant it self it was super sweet and yummy. Twice baker made it twice flaky and you canāt go wrong with luneās creation.
Koko Black has impressed me with their excellent customer service and mouth-watering chocolates. I was pleased to find a good selection of vegan chocolates, which is often hard to come by in Europe. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through their offerings, and the overall atmosphere of the store was warm and inviting. If you're a chocolate lover, I highly recommend giving Koko Black a try - you won't be disappointed!
Amazing Service. Leo was fantastic. And the chocolates are delicious.
I had a really positive experience here. The store is gorgeous, really lovely layout and design. The graphic design on the chocolate packets themselves is beautiful too. The staff member that greeted me was friendly and let me browse, I didnāt feel rushed or pressured! They have a wonderful native range at the moment, with Wattleseed, Lemon Myrtle, Davidson Plum and Whipstick Wattle. Their price range was what youād expect from such a high-end chocolate store, with the native range bars at $13 each, the more basic bars at $10. They also have individual items in the glass counter display, in addition to a large Easter and gift range.
When compared to Haighās at the other end of The Strand, Koko Black easily comes out on top. I gave both a visit before deciding where I was purchasing my gift from. I was actually approached by a staff member in Koko Black, in addition to the store simply having better quality items with more beautiful designs. Iāll definitely be back!
My favourite chocolate place!
Their chocolate is rich and smooth, a best way to cheer up any day and to share with loved ones.
My favourite choice is hazelnut praline, must eat!
